Types of aerobic exercises
Running
One form of an aerobic exercise is running, which is possibly the best exercise to reduce weight and to get your body moving . Running can be a tiring exercise but it is worth taking the time because it brings good results by losing weight and keep your body physically active.
Walking
Probably one of the most simple type of aerobic exercise is just walking , most people are tired or are lazy to get up in the morning , but this is an important exercise that can be done in the morning or the afternoon just to keep your body physically active. Walking out at the park or anywhere outdoors is a good experience to be stress free , and again it doesn’t involve intense exercise , is just walking .

Cycling
Another aerobic exercise that isn’t that difficult to do is cycling ,many people have bikes for transportation purposes and then some have it for exercise. Cycling around the park is a great exercise work you can enjoy the park and have body movement at the same time , this exercise is good to get up and get out to the park with a bike , its something you can do once a week .
Swimming
Swimming isn’t just a great skill to have, but it is also a good exercise to have. Going out for a swim is always perfect on a hot day , swimming is an aerobic exercise where you have to be moving all the time , which is why is a good exercise.
Dancing
Dancing has to be up there with one of the top aerobic exercises because your moving your whole body .Dancing is a fun way to exercise because not only are you getting a good exercise , you are also hearing the music you like , and it is exercise that you can do either with a partner or alone.
Boxing
In this particular exercise , you are also constantly moving because you mostly use your upper body to throw lefts and rights and move around any place you are doing the exercise , which can be in a ring , gym, or at home. In some way this is a good exercise to do because you improve and your upper body movement and become more agile which can be more beneficial if you choose to be a boxer.
